∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Computer Proficiency, Employee Relation, Factory HR Administration, General HR, Hard Working
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the manager to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
∎ Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the manager.
∎ Maintaining and regularly updating a master database in Personal files.
∎ Recording, maintaining and monitoring daily attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
∎ Strong command on payroll software.
∎ To prepare monthly salary (Compensation & Benefits).
∎ Attendance, Leave, staff advance, gratuity & Holiday Management.
∎ Assist the HR & Admin Manager in developing job descriptions & update organization structure as and when required.
∎ To assist the manager to ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
∎ Company Policy Amendment
∎ Final Settlement of exit employee
∎ Any Other job assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
