Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement performance Management system (PMS) which promotes and drives a results focused organization through preparing Job Description & Job Analysis.
∎ Prepare KRA (Key Responsible Area) & KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for all positions and measuring it through standard PMS format.
∎ Provide ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used to effectively manage operations work processes and individual performances.
∎ Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA) and organize training as per TNA.
∎ Prepare and update of Organogram for all unit of NTG.
∎ Any other task assigned by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Applicants having experience in Garments Industry are encouraged to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation
∎ Able to think critically and creatively to solve problems
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and other applicable laws & regulations
∎ Conversant with MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation and email communication
Salary: Negotiable
