∎ Skills Required: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English), HRIS/ HR Database Management, Microsoft Office Suite, Time Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Attendance, Canteen Management, Final settlement, Leave Management, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Hire Manpower and process hiring-related paperwork from time to time
∎ Prepare and maintain employment records related to hiring, confirmation, transfer, promotion, attendance, leave, separation etc. using HRIS software
∎ Responsible for maintaining employee personal file, employee welfare, vehicle, canteen and accommodation
∎ Assist line manager in performing yearly performance appraisal, Confirmation, and employee contract renewal activities on due time
∎ Address and handle employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures smoothly
∎ Prepare different drafts, reports, and letters as directed by the supervisor
∎ Complete employee final settlement within the regulatory timeline
∎ Schedule or conduct new employee orientations
