∎ Age 21 to 28 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review mechanical drawings and calculations.
∎ Review Utility requirements and associated design.
∎ Develop RFQ for procurement items that are not in the main process equipment supplier's scope.
∎ Review technical offers, prepare CS and arrange W/O finalization.
∎ Ensuring on-time field implementation and complying with all relevant safety rules.
∎ Coordination with consultant's site engineers to ensure correct installation and commissioning as per approved design.
∎ Providing engineering inputs and technical support at the site.
∎ Review daily progress reports for site activities.
∎ Expedite site activities with the project master schedule.
∎ Coordinate with Supply Chain Management Department for spare parts supply to ensure running of Units.
∎ Coordinate with Material Management and logistics for accurate status of inventory.
∎ Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
∎ Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, innovative thinking and continuous improvement.
∎ Create a knowledge-sharing culture.
∎ Arrange different organization awareness programs; i.e., workings, structure, culture of organization, policy & rules sharing, etc
