∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ 1 to 2 years in plant operation or the project phase (Preferred: Power Plant or Steel Manufacturing Plant)
∎ 1 to 2 years in plant operation or the project phase (Preferred: Power Plant or Steel Manufacturing Plant)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review Electrical and Automation equipment specifications and SLDs from OEMs, EPCM and Vendors as per project-assigned requirements
∎ Coordinate to procure different items with CS preparation and quality checking
∎ Ensure proper electric power distribution and maintenance for smooth construction works
∎ Carry out safety protocols aligned with safety standards for power distribution to contractors
∎ Collaborate with Electrical, Mechanical and Civil teams as per the project requirements and instructions
∎ Facilitate Departmental project planning, monitoring and execution in different phases as required
∎ Develop and maintain the work schedule of daily workers and technicians to achieve day-to-day targets
∎ Stay at the project site during crucial periods where continuous supervision, timely decision-making, and hands-on management are required
