Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assesses training and development needs through TNA and communication with Divisional Managers.
∎ Develops training module to fulfill Sales Teams' specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
∎ Presents training and development programs using various methods including group discussion, lecture and videos.
∎ Creates and/or maintain training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
∎ Ensure all training materials are consistent, up-to-date and satisfying goals and objectives.
∎ Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
∎ Evaluates training program effectiveness through pre-post training assessments and feedback.
∎ Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
∎ Develop collaborative partnerships with Sales Team colleagues.
∎ Performs other related duties as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have in depth understanding of sales and marketing activities.
∎ Fluent in presentation.
∎ Must have the ability to have live discussion in front of at least 50 participants withholding their attention for 3 hours and answering each and every question with technique.
∎ Must have skill in Bangla and English typing, using Bijoy Bangla keyboard and Unicode.
∎ Must have skills in translation from English to Bangla and Bangla to English.
∎ Must have experience in power point.
