- License holders of custom & Jetty Sarker,
- Should have proper knowledge about customs clearing process, HS codes, Import Policy, SRO etc.
- Understanding about clearing process of raw materials, plant & machinery and spares
Responsibilities & Context:
- Check original documents and follow up on the arrival status of shipments.
- Prepare the bill of entry and submit it through the customs ASYCUDA system.
- Manage 100% goods examination and inspection by third-party expert teams.
- Ensure smooth completion of document assessment in the shortest possible time.
- Liaise with customs officials for efficient customs clearance.
- Accurately determine HS codes for imported materials.
- Stay updated and communicate various rules, policies, SROs, and office orders related to import and customs processes.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
