The position is based in the Corporate HR Team
We are looking for an Experienced, Energetic & Dynamic person to fill up this position which requires adequate Knowledge in Performance Management System.
The ideal candidate will be responsible to develop KPI based Performance Management System for the employees and departments/sections of the company and implement the same in a very professional way.
job Responsibilities
Develop and implementing KPI based Performance Management System
Prepare and update Job Descriptions (JDs) across all departments.
Coordinate the performance appraisal process (goal setting, mid-term & final review).
Analyze performance data and prepare HR dashboards and reports.
Initiate continuous improvement initiatives through structured performance management processes.
Carry out any other tasks related to Performance Management for the whole organization as assigned from time to time.
