Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive / Executive for HR in HR, Admin & Compliance Department at a 100% Export Oriented Sweater Manufacturing Factory.

Job Location will be Gacha, Chayadana, Gazipur.

  • Oversee the day-to-day HR process, guaranteeing the precise and punctual recruitment to exit of all employees in compliance with established schedule and regulatory standards.

  • Maintaining employee personal files and managing employees’ data.

  • Meticulously maintain comprehensive payroll records, ensuring the precise tracking and documents of employee time and attendance, leave management.

  • Managing OT, attendance bonus, shift allowances, night allowances in the payroll preparing and maintaining final settlement of the employee.

  • Preparing monthly reports i.e migration, new recruitment, comparative OT, late, absence etc.

  • Familiarity with Laour law and regulation.

  • Strong knowledge of grievance management system and disciplinary action procedure.

  • Have skill on compensation management, performance management systems.

  • Always ready to face Internal audit and external audit/Compliance audit.

  • Skill for HRIS software like Jibika, Go-RMG.

  • Good in MS office package specially in MS Excel & MS Word (English and Bangaly).

  • Any other job as assigned by the management.
