SHATARUPA WEAVING MILLS LIMITED is looking for a disciplined, execution-focused HR & Admin professional for its Islampur office.
This role is not for a presentation-only HR candidate. We need someone who can run day-to-day HR and Admin work with speed, accuracy, follow-up power, and accountability.
The selected person will be responsible for recruitment coordination, attendance and leave control, payroll input support, employee documentation, office administration, discipline follow-up, and regular HR reporting. The role will also support management in improving structure, documentation, and people-process discipline.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment for office, sales, support, and approved operational positions: CV sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checking, offer follow-up, joining, and onboarding.
Maintain employee files, appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, warning/show-cause letters, and all HR-related documentation accurately and on time.
Manage attendance, leave, late movement, absentee follow-up, and monthly payroll input preparation with high accuracy.
Support office discipline, employee compliance, and administrative control in line with company policy.
Maintain updated manpower tracker, vacancy tracker, joining tracker, probation tracker, and employee database.
Coordinate with management, department heads, and factory/head office for recruitment, documentation, and people-related follow-up.
Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports on recruitment status, attendance issues, vacancy aging, probation due cases, and discipline matters.
Support onboarding, orientation, training coordination, and employee communication activities.
Ensure office administration support including records, logistics coordination, vendor/service follow-up, and documentation readiness.
Assist management in implementing approved SOPs, job descriptions, organization structure updates, and HR process improvements.
