SHATARUPA GROUP is looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented MIS Executive / Junior BI Analyst to support management reporting, dashboard development, and data validation across business operations.
The role will be responsible for preparing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, analyzing sales, production, inventory, and operational data, and developing useful dashboards in Power BI to support management decision-making. The ideal candidate must be strong in Excel-based reporting and comfortable working with raw, unstructured, and cross-departmental data.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
Generate sales, production, inventory, and operational reports for management review.
Work with advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Table, Power Query, and related tools.
Extract, clean, validate, and organize data from Excel files, ERP exports, and MySQL / SQL databases.
Reconcile data received from different departments and identify mismatches, missing entries, and reporting errors.
Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timely submission.
Support management with trend analysis, exception reports, and decision-useful insights.
Help automate recurring reports and reduce manual reporting dependency.
Maintain proper data backup, documentation, and reporting file discipline.
Provide basic user support and troubleshooting related to reporting files, dashboards, and data flow when required.
