Additional Requirements: - Proven experience (10+ years) in sales or account management in the apparel buying house or manufacturing industry.

- Experience working closely with product development or design teams is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills dealing directing with UK/EU/USA buyers.
- Ability to understand technical product details and .Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in ERP tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities & Context: Role Overview: We are expanding our Dhaka Office and are seeking an experienced sales manager to grow our business and expand into Knit & Woven categories.
As a Sales & Marketing Manager you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new customers, building and nurturing long lasting relationships and driving growth into new categories. This is a senior position and candidates should have a proven track record of onboarding new customers and creating & closing sales opportunities with major retailers and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:·
- New Business Development: Identify, target, and onboard new customers in the fashion and apparel industry.
- Category Expansion: Collaborate with partner factories to introduce new product areas and grow business in new categories (e.g., activewear, outerwear, accessories).
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Product Development: Develop products from customer brief and oversee sourcing & sampling with factories.
- Order Management: Manage end-to-end lifecycle from design to delivery ensuring customer deadlines & quality is achieved.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
