Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Create accurate first patterns from design, tech spec or sample.
∎ Utilize existing pattern blocks to adapt patterns to new styling.
∎ Grade patterns to full size set including Fuller Bust Bra size range from 30A-46HH Oversee the quality and fit of all samples throughout the product lifecycle.
∎ Interpret customer fit comments, problem solve and amend patterns accordingly.
∎ Co-ordinate with factory to ensure products and quality can be executed on production floor.
∎ Measure and inspect factory seal samples, record measurements on spec charts, and share data with customers and factories as needed.
∎ Check the quality of samples to ensure the correct materials, construction methods, and patterns have been used, and that the product meets required standards.
∎ Organize sample garments for fitting or filing, send parcels to UK office and customers, and handle general sample administration.
∎ Maintain awareness of the Critical Path and assist in meeting required deadlines.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, factories, and the Aura team.
∎ Lingerie Pattern Technologist/Grader
∎ We have an exciting opportunity to join the UK’s leading fashion lingerie supplier working with major brands and retailers working on lingerie, swimwear, nightwear, and active wear. We are seeking an experienced Lingerie Pattern Technologist & Grader to work in our Liaison office and partner factories to manage pattern creation through to production and delivery.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Create accurate first patterns from design, tech spec or sample.
