Job Responsibilities:
∎ To welcome all visitors, attend to their requirements, providing a courteous service, in order to portray a positive image of the company.
∎ To respond to all telephone/faxes calls, incoming / outgoing mails.
∎ Register keeping for supplier and buyer bills
∎ Maintaining good relationship with employees & clients.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
∎ Perform any other general clerical duties.
∎ Assist to arrange guest attending and entertainment.

∎ Age at least 25 years
