Experience:

• 8 to 10 years

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Studies
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Studies
• Diploma in Textile Engineering in Fashion Designing

• 8 to 10 years

• Age 32 to 40 years

• 8-10 Years’ experience in project management, product development ( lingerie preferred).

• Strong Knowledge of lingerie construction, fabrics, trims and fit processes.

• Proven ability to mange multiple projects with strict deadlines.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills.

• Develop, Implement and Manage project timelines for new product launches, marketing campaigns and process improvements.

• Lead and manage lingerie product development projects from concept to commercialization.

• Create and monitor project timelines, critical paths, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and Provide regular project updates to management.

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure lingerie collections align with seasonal trends and consumer needs.

• Oversee sampling, fitting, and product approvals in alignment with quality and design standards.

• Track and manage product specifications, materials, and costing sheets.

• Work with sourcing and supply chain teams to identify suitable suppliers and factories.

• Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and adherence to lead times.

• Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining product quality.

• Ensure lingerie products meet required fit, comfort, safety, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with QA teams for testing and compliance with market regulations.

• Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely product launches.

• Provide regular project updates to management and stakeholders.

• Address risks and resolve issues to avoid production or delivery delays.

• Lead project meetings, report on status updates and escalate concerns as necessary.
