Experience:

• 8 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Educational & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in woven garments production management

• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

• Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, IE, and production efficiency improvement.

• Good command in computer literacy and ERP systems.

• Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet shipment schedules.

• Monitor production across all sections (cutting, sewing, finishing) to ensure targets and quality are achieved.

• Coordinate with merchandising, planning, and quality departments for smooth production flow.

• Ensure garments are made according to buyer specifications and quality standards.

• Monitor line output, efficiency, and wastage; take corrective action when necessary.

• Supervise line chiefs, supervisors, and section heads to ensure productivity and discipline.

• Analyze production bottlenecks and implement improvement plans.

• Ensure compliance with factory safety, quality, and social standards.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports.

• Promote a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and 5S implementation.
