• Strong knowledge of quality standards, AQL, and inspection procedures.

• Ability to identify and analyze quality issues quickly.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Familiar with buyer quality requirements and audit systems

• Ensure product quality as per buyer requirements and company standards.

• Monitor quality at every stage — from fabric inspection to finishing and packing.

• Supervise in-line and end-line quality inspections to minimize defects.

• Conduct pre-final and final inspections before shipment.

• Follow up with line quality controllers and ensure proper record keeping.

• Work closely with Production, IE, and Finishing departments to resolve quality issues.

• Analyze recurring defects and take corrective/preventive actions.

• Ensure quality compliance with AQL standards and buyer audit requirements.

• Provide technical guidance to operators and line QC inspectors.

• Report quality status to the Quality Manager and Management team on a daily basis.
