Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Minimum HSC / Diploma in Garments or Textile Technology preferred.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At least 26 years
• Only Male

• 3–5 years’ experience in the Cutting Section of a woven garments factory· 

• Strong knowledge of fabric types, markers, and cutting procedures.·

• Good leadership and team management ability.

• Capable of achieving daily cutting targets accurately.

• Supervise and control all activities in the cutting section.

• Ensure fabric, pattern, and marker are ready before starting production.

• Check fabric quality, shrinkage, and shade before cutting.

• Distribute cutting plans according to production schedules and style requirements.

• Maintain proper fabric utilization and minimize wastage.

• Ensure accurate cutting, numbering, bundling, and ticketing as per the order.

• Monitor daily cutting output and report to the Cutting In-charge/Manager.

• Maintain proper record of fabric issue, balance, and consumption.

• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the cutting area.

• Coordinate with the Planning, IE, and Sewing departments to ensure smooth production flow.
