Responsibilities & Context:
Provide first aid treatment and emergency medical support to factory workers.
Conduct routine health check-ups and maintain workers’ health records.
Assist in pre-employment and periodic medical examinations.
Monitor and record health conditions of pregnant workers and employees with chronic illnesses.
Maintain proper medical room facilities, medicines, and first aid boxes.
Educate workers about personal hygiene, sanitation, and disease prevention.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly medical reports for submission to HR/Compliance.
Liaise with local hospitals or clinics for referrals and emergency cases.
Support Health & Safety teams during inspections, audits, and drills.
