Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Diploma in Textile Engineering

• Minimum HSC / Diploma in Textile or Garments Production Technology preferred.

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At least 30 years
• Only Male

• 5–7 years’ experience in a woven garments factory, including at least 2 years as Line Supervisor.

• Strong knowledge of sewing operations, line balancing, and production control.

• Leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple lines and achieve production goals.

• Supervise the entire sewing line to ensure production targets are achieved.

•  Check work order sheets, style, and operation breakdown before line setup.

• Balance line according to production requirements and operator efficiency.

• Guide operators to maintain required quality and productivity levels.

• Ensure proper work distribution and smooth line operation.

• Monitor hourly production and report deviations to the Line Supervisor/Manager.

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and teamwork among operators.

• Work closely with IE, Quality, and Maintenance departments.

• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the production line area.
