Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Apparel Manufacturing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quality Management

• Bachelor/Honors / Apparel Manufacturing / Quality Management or equivalent.

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age At least 32 years
• Only Male

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in woven garments quality management with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of garment construction, quality control methods, and buyer standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with international buyers’ quality systems and AQL standards.
• Computer literacy and ability to prepare professional quality reports.

• Plan, organize, and oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the production process.
• Ensure all garments meet buyer quality standards and specifications before shipment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead in-line and final inspections; ensure defect-free production and minimize rejection rates.
• Supervise and train quality inspectors and auditors to maintain consistent quality monitoring.
• Coordinate with cutting, sewing, finishing, and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Conduct pre-production meetings and review samples, trims, and patterns to identify potential risks.
• Maintain records of quality reports, inspection findings, and corrective action plans.
• Liaise with buyer quality representatives and handle buyer audits effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all factory and buyer compliance requirements including AQL, safety, and sustainability standards.
