Having existing network within textile, dyeing, wholesale or investor communities will be preferred.
Dream Textiles Ltd. is looking for ambitious, energetic and growth-driven Business Development Individuals who will play a vital role in expanding our nationwide distribution network, increasing sales, attracting strategic investments and driving the future growth of our textile business.
The selected candidates will work closely with management to identify new business opportunities, onboard distributors and wholesale partners, build strong investor relationships and contribute directly to the expansion of Dream Textile’s business operations across Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach and onboard wholesale distributors, dealers, large retail shops and institutional buyers across Bangladesh
Develop and maintain strong relationships with fabric wholesalers, garment businesses, textile traders and corporate clients
Promote and expand sales of grey fabrics, finished fabrics and garments products in targeted markets
Conduct regular market visits, business meetings and field activities to explore new sales and partnership opportunities
Generate new business leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline for continuous business growth
Identify and communicate with individual and corporate investors for business expansion and investment opportunities
Arrange investment meetings, business presentations and corporate discussions with potential investors and partners
Support fundraising activities for factory expansion, machinery development and future business growth initiatives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, pricing strategies and business opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, distribution and business development targets assigned by management
Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, trade fairs and networking events when required
Prepare regular business reports, sales updates and market feedback for management review
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product supply, delivery and distributor support activities
Build and maintain long-term business relationships to strengthen the company’s nationwide market presence
Work independently with strong ownership mindset and contribute actively to achieving the company’s aggressive growth vision
