Experience:
Experience: Minimum 4-7 years of proven experience in fundraising, investment collection, or high-end B2C/B2B sales.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English. You must be able to simplify complex financial concepts for potential investors.
Networking: A strong existing professional network or the ability to quickly build one is highly preferred.Integrity: High level of professional ethics and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of our investors and company financial data.
Goal-Oriented: A self-starter mentality with a sharp focus on meeting and exceeding monthly investment collection targets.
Conduct proactive market research to identify high-net-worth individuals, potential angel investors, Local and Foreign investors, and business professionals interested in term-based investment opportunities.
Utilize Personal Network, professional networking platforms, industry seminars, and personal referrals to build a robust pipeline of high-potential leads.
Maintain a clean and organized CRM/database to track all stages of prospect interaction, ensuring no leads are lost.
Conduct professional, one-on-one, and group presentations & site visits to explain Dream Textile’s expansion projects, factory scalability, and long-term business roadmap.
Educate prospects on our profit-sharing model, clearly outlining the value proposition, security, and the transparent nature of our term investment scheme.
Address investor queries, handle objections with confidence, and provide clear financial context to build trust in our industrial growth.
Guide potential investors through the final stages of the decision-making process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, legal, and ready for execution.
Negotiate investment terms within the pre-defined company guidelines to ensure a balance between investor satisfaction and company profitability.
Coordinate with the finance department to facilitate the secure and timely transfer of funds.
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing investors, providing periodic updates on company growth and operational milestones to maintain high engagement levels.
Ensure the timely disbursement of profits and manage investor expectations with consistent, transparent communication.
Implement loyalty-building initiatives to encourage long-term retention and potential reinvestment or referrals from existing investors.
Provide daily and weekly activity reports to the management team, detailing lead conversion rates, pipeline health, and projected monthly fund collection figures.
