Additional Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of garment quality inspection procedures

• Familiarity with AQL standards and buyer compliance requirements

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Candidate should be fluent in English

A South Korean-based 100% foreign investment company is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the above position for its Chattogram Office with the following responsibilities;

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inline and final garment inspections according to buyer requirements

• Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with approved standards

• Coordinate with factories, production teams, and merchandisers regarding quality-related issues

• Identify defects and assist in implementing corrective actions

• Prepare inspection and quality control reports

• Ensure shipment quality before final delivery

• Maintain buyer quality standards and AQL procedures

• Follow up on production status and quality improvement processes
