Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced and technical know-how to set up and run a modern Sweater Factory.
∎ With proven leadership skills in people management and know-how to handle production issues with workers.
∎ Experienced in a fast pace high volume Sweaters in a well-reputed Sweater Factory.
∎ Oversee the daily operation of factory floors with effective communication and coordination skills with related departments/sections.
∎ A championed for production planning, organizing, directing, and running the optimum capacity of the factory on daily basis.
∎ Accountability for production output, product quality, and timely production and on-time delivery based on production planning.
∎ Manage the whole production process including machine maintenance and improvement.
∎ Directly lead workers & mid-management for training and planning improvement.
∎ Have demonstrated capability for efficient utilization of manpower to achieve the hourly/daily production target.
∎ Know how to prepare production and delivery schedule per line in collaboration with the planning department & section technicians.
∎ Expertise in production load management and line balancing as per buyer-style requirements.
∎ With technical sound knowledge of production quality adherence based on buyer requirements and factory quality expectations in coordination with the quality department.
∎ Recommend any line improvement as necessary.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years

∎ Proven Track Record with Technical Background.
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Sweater Garments Factory Production Management
∎ Must have good control/command to run the entire department with its production.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, Leadership, Honest & Dynamic.
∎ Willing to live and work in factory premises at Gazipur.
∎ Having Technical background in setting Plants, especially the World Class Sweaters Project is preferable.
∎ To have knowledge about Sweaters & pant production (all types of woven).
∎ To have knowledge about a product and its productivity.
∎ To have knowledge about all sorts of compliance.
∎ To know about all sorts of production calculations. Starting from receiving raw materials.
