Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Site development and construction feasibility studies.
∎ Manage project budget, time line and resource allocation to ensure efficient project implementation.
∎ Contractor management and liaison with local authorities to ensure clear communication and alignment to project.
∎ Conduct site inspection & technical expertise to resolve construction and design challenge.
∎ Knowledge and strong understanding about industry, new technologies and best practices in Civil Engineering.
∎ Must need deep experience in BOQ, Civil Engineering, cost estimate, drawing and design, finishing work, interior, project planning, quality control, etc.
∎ Project reporting to the authorities.
∎ Skill in Auto CAD for 2D/3D modelling.
∎ Must have working experience with RSC Audit.
