Production/ Operation Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Oversee the daily activities of Embroidery, Digital Production and Plaque production in a quick turnaround and fluctuating environment
∎ • Provide direction, motivation and guidance to a team of 300+ employees
∎ • Balance staffing levels with production volume
∎ • Take ownership of the maintenance and repair of related machinery
∎ • Evaluate and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades to existing equipment
∎ • Manage production supplies
∎ • Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to balance workloads while meeting deadlines
∎ • Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness and organization
∎ • Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Redos, Labor Cost, Supply Costs and On-time Delivery
∎ • Act as an advocate for the departments and team members under your supervision in interdepartmental projects and processes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
