Responsibilities & Context:
Manage all types of sample development (Proto, Fit, Size Set, PP, Shipment Sample, etc.).
Ensure timely sample submission as per buyer deadlines.
Coordinate closely with Merchandising, IE, CAD, Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing teams
Review tech packs, buyer comments, and specifications before sample execution.
Supervise sample operators, pattern masters, and cutters for efficient workflow.
Ensure correct pattern, measurements, and construction as per buyer requirements.
Monitor sample quality and minimize rework or rejection.
Handle fabric & trims allocation for sampling and ensure proper utilization
Maintain sample tracking reports and update status regularly.
Follow up with washing, printing, embroidery, and other value-added processes.
Identify and solve technical issues during sample development.
Ensure compliance with company standards and buyer requirements.
