Responsibilities & Context:
Create embroidery designs, motifs, logos, and patterns based on client or brand requirements.
Develop digitized embroidery files using embroidery software such as Wilcom EmbroideryStudio, Pulse, or Tajima DG/ML.
Select appropriate stitch types, thread colors, density, and fabric settings.
Convert artwork into machine-readable embroidery formats.
Prepare samples and make design adjustments after test runs.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, and quality teams to ensure accurate execution.
Ensure embroidery quality, alignment, sizing, and finishing meet standards.
Maintain design libraries and embroidery archives.
Follow fashion trends, seasonal themes, and customer preferences.
Troubleshoot embroidery machine or digitizing issues related to design output.
Optimize designs for production efficiency and minimal thread consumption.
