• Production Planning & Control: Prepare production plans, coordinate with merchandising/procurement, monitor daily output, resolve bottlenecks, and balance machine & manpower capacity.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day embroidery operations, ensure resource optimization, reduce waste/costs, and monitor machine performance/maintenance.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure embroidery quality meets buyer standards, maintain compliance with safety & policies, and keep records of production/wastage for improvement.
• Team Management: Lead and train supervisors/operators, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and build a culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare production reports, communicate with merchandising/logistics teams, and act as the key contact for production-related queries.
