Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth POS transaction; Check & Monitor Free Product Inventory.
∎ Assist Guests with Membership Card related issues, Gift vouchers & Point Redemption.
∎ Communicate with Marketing team on a regular basis regarding product complaints & Membership issues etc.
∎ Implement, adhere and monitor the effectiveness of QMS processes and procedures.
∎ Checking of GRN & sending to head office accounts as and when require.
∎ Maintaining petty cash fund & ensure fund available for teal.
∎ Maintaining a VAT register at the outlet and provide necessary information to head office accounts as and when required.
∎ Preparing a report on cash variance, gift voucher sales, sales and sending to head office.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
