∎ Bachelor's in any discipline from any recognised university/ institutions
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to different unit of Human Resource Division in their regular operational tasks.
∎ Scan documents and seek guidance for further information of incomplete documents as required.
∎ Compile, verify accuracy of the information and sort given information according to the priorities shared by the respective HR personnel.
∎ Support different unit of Human Resource Division in data entry operations.
∎ Provide support for the file documentation and uploading in Electronic Document Management System.
∎ Return completed documents to the responsible HR personnel.
∎ Calling the interview candidates and CV sorting for the field/bulk recruitments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ High learning agility.
∎ Must be open to feedbacks.
∎ Basic knowledge on computer skills.
∎ Google and Chrome operating knowledge.
∎ Ability to work in a team and must have a positive mindset.
∎ Good communication skills.
