Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintains payroll processing system and maintains all records, SAP experts will get preference.
∎ Following up daily attendance, physical check to match with the record, prepare daily absenteeism report.
∎ Monthly evaluate employee performance and maintaining the yearly increment.
∎ Handle Maternity benefit issue, yearly EL encashment, yearly Eid bonus, final settlement.
∎ Collaborating closely with the HR and Finance teams to exchange relevant payroll information and resolve payroll-related issues.
∎ Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations
∎ Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records.
∎ Conducting regular audits and verifications of payroll data to identify and rectify any inaccuracies and discrepancies.
∎ Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in time sheet and payroll records.
∎ Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll, monthly payroll provisions to Finance.
∎ Ensure legal compliance as per business capability throughout human resource management.
∎ Perform any other work as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Answers staff questions about wages, deductions & calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.
