Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as a bridge between the Management and the Workers.
∎ Aware the workers on their legal rights, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline. Provide counseling to the workers when required.
∎ Arrange various types of training program and maintain the documents accordingly.
∎ Regularly monitor all welfare facilities (e.g., Canteen, kitchen, restroom, childcare, proper sanitary system, drinking water etc.) of workers.
∎ Counsel with absentee and inefficient workers to increase their efficiency and productivity on a regular basis.
∎ Handle maternity related issues and prepare necessary documents accordingly.
∎ Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
∎ To advise and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety etc.
∎ Absent counselling by daily Floor observation, workers problem handling & implement the industrial relations.
∎ Handling grievances at the initial stage, listening to workers and counseling them, Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
∎ Making workers aware of the rules and regulation of the company.
∎ Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if needed, consult with the concerned management.
∎ Coordinating activities of medical issues including its compliance issues.
∎ Maintaining registers (Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programmers etc.
∎ Organizing meetings of WPC, EHS and OHS committees.
