Experience:
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with EPZ & Local Law and organizational standards. Responsible for the development and implementation of training programs.
Conduct TNA to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate development initiatives.
Coordinate training schedules and logistics.
Maintain training Records and ensure compliance with training requirements.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.
Responsible for handling disciplinary matters as per EPZ law.
Assists management in setting employee grievances and counseling.
Assist in monitoring and ensuring buyer compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain records related to compliance activities. Help in addressing and resolving compliance issues.
Assist recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews. Support HR in employee engagement initiatives.
Should know HR-related software, SAP and ensuring data accuracy.
