Computer skill, Dealer Management, Distribution, Documentation, Logistics Management, Store/ inventory, supply chain management, Warehouse activities
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store, Super store, Inventory/Warehouse
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring total security of depot including stock, cash and assets.
∎ Follow up on timely delivery.
∎ Follow up daily activities (Account, GRN, Fleet Management, Product Collection)
∎ Preparing delivery schedule by maximizing coverage to minimize expenses.
∎ Implementation of the company's policies in all respects of the depot operations.
∎ Organize training of depot staffs and get prepared to face ISO and HACCP Audit successfully.
∎ Check daily and monthly inventory, report to be sent to account department (Head office).
∎ Updates all the documents on time.
∎ Must be checked and signed every bill.
∎ Work force deployment as and when required.
∎ Proper storage and daily check of all products received in warehouse.
∎ Manage emergency & stuff situation in case of Product collection, delivery & logistic support.
∎ Keep internal communication with accounts team, sales team, procurement team & other related departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have sound knowledge on (ERP) specially inventory part..
∎ Computer skill Must (Word, Excel, email and software related any general knowledge) .Good communication & inter-personal skills, leadership & team building qualities, analytical ability, proactive and hard working.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Dormitory facility will be provided by the company.
