∎ Location: Rajendrapur

Job Responsibilities:
∎ All kinds of HR support related to plant
∎ Recruitment & Selection; Onboarding; Performance Appraisal; Promotion; Employee Separation
∎ SAP-HCM module related work; Employee database and personal files management
∎ HR related survey
∎ Logistics support
∎ Confirmation; Final Settlement; Other HR related paperwork's

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of experiences in the similar field will be considered as added advantage
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
∎ Knowledge of Labor Law
