Job Context:
∎ A Leading Garments Manufacturer in Bangladesh looking for skilled HR Officers for its Corporate Head Office. who will Implement effective strategies for developing organizational culture, manage change, particularly structure in a positive and supportive manner while developing policies and managing procedures.
∎ The Compensation & Benefits Officer is responsible for developing, implementing and administering the company`s compensation and benefits programs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and administer the company's compensation and benefits programs, including base salary structures, incentives, bonuses, and benefits packages.
∎ Conduct regular salary surveys and market analysis to ensure that the company remains competitive in its compensation and benefits offerings.
∎ Manage the implementation and administration of the company's benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
∎ Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits data, and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & its amendments, Bangladesh Labor Rules & its amendments.
∎ Develop and maintain the company's job descriptions and classifications.
∎ Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
∎ Work with the HR Director to develop and implement compensation and benefits communication strategies.
∎ Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are aligned with overall HR strategies and objectives.
∎ Generate various C&B-related reports for Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ A minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
∎ Strong knowledge of BLL-2006 and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior management and other stakeholders.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
∎ The incumbent must be Tech-savvy.
