Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper implementation of policies, rules & regulations of the company
∎ Monitoring day to day compliance requirements like: daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ Implement, monitor & support different buyer code of conduct and various compliance issues
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, maintaining efficient operation of health, safety, hygiene & environment as per Bangladesh Labor Law, BLR and Buyer code of conduct
∎ Risk Assessment for all Departments and Operational process.
∎ Calculate monthly compliance cost regarding Welfare, PPE equipment & safety equipment
∎ Arrange meeting (weekly, monthly) with all compliance concern persons and take actions accordingly.
∎ Making monthly Compliance training schedule and act accordingly.
∎ Responsible for training to all mid-level management & workers regarding Health Safety.
∎ Internal Audit conduct in factory and make CAP
∎ Handling all Audit (Social Compliance and Technical)
∎ Ensure all exit routes are directional and sign included.
∎ Prepare report regularly on Fire, Safety & Security problems to the top management.
∎ Maintain discipline in all production area regarding Fire Prevention, Safety & Security.
∎ Elevator inspection documents up to date and record keeping
∎ Posting of appropriate safety warning in the workplace
∎ Ensure electrical boxes, wires, switches and plugs are properly installed, grounded and maintained.
∎ Examining and commenting on plans for new buildings, alterations or extensions
∎ Liaising with local authorities, planners, surveyors and other professionals
