Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement production plan to meet product demand
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste & streamline production process
Oversee maintenance activities for production equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and maximize uptime
Supervise daily production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and reduced downtime
Work with cross-functional teams to improve overall production process
Prepare production schedule; ensure proper allocation of workforce and resources
Manage team performance and ensure continuous skill improvement of workers
Resolve operational issues and implement effective production solution
Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Production Reports
