Additional Requirements:

  1. Strong communication, coordination, organizational, facilitation, and presentation skills.

  2. Creative writing and content development capabilities.

  3. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  4. Basic facilitation and public speaking skills.

  5. Familiarity with modern L&D tools and techniques.

  6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Advanced

  7. Google Workspace- Intermediate

  8. Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop- Intermediate

  9. Canva and AI- Intermediate



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Identify training and development needs through Training Needs Assessment (TNA), performance reviews, and consultation with department heads.

  2. Take ownership of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and cultural events.

  3. Facilitation Customer service Training, On Job Training, Follow up for feedback, OJT and GT Report and maintain and update training records.

  4. Monitor and assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

  5. Support in implementing competency frameworks, career development paths, and succession planning.

  6. Coordinate technical, soft skills, and customer service training across different store locations.

  7. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure L&D and engagement strategies align with organizational goals.

  8. Drive and manage new retail initiatives, including planning and delivering online activities and training to enhance customer experience and staff performance.
