∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ • Undergraduate degree or Master's in any business discipline
∎ • Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration or HRM will get preference
∎ • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative and HR roles
∎ • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
∎ • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
∎ • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
∎ • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices


Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing all the administrative work as per higher authority
∎ Perform all the recruitment activity as per instruction and Issue appointment letter, warning letter etc. as per requirement
∎ Ensuring proper reports (employee database, attendance report, overtime report etc.) and provide to MSM finance department for proper execution of payroll activity
∎ Coordinating with MSM finance department, on any payment (salary, overtime, medical bill etc.) related issue raised by any employee and settle as per policy
∎ Perform all the HR and administrative work as mentioned in the service agreement maintaining proper labour compliance
∎ Conduct the training activity (Pre-joining training, software training etc.) as per requirements
