Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the recruitment & selection process both worker and officer of factory
∎ Updating existing & new employees personal files as per company rules
∎ Prepare attendance sheet and verify payroll sheet for payment of factory
∎ Preparing different letters, memos, notice and register in ERP for day-to-day factory HR operations
∎ Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training programs and workshops in alignment with factory management
∎ Assist in administrative work assigned by the line manager
