Experience:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting Information System, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Finance;
Applicants must be completed CA-CC from a top big & reputable CA firm in Bangladesh;
5 years and above and at least 1-3 years of experience in internal/statutory audit, preferably within FMCG, food processing, or bakery/manufacturing.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost accounting, and inventory controls.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
High level of integrity, independence, and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel frequently between factory locations and corporate office.

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Senior Officer/Assistant Manager - Internal Audit (Factory Operation)”.
The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
Plan and execute audits of end-to-end bakery production processes, covering raw material reception, processing, baking, packing, and dispatch.
Conduct rigorous audits of the food safety management system (FSMS), hygiene practices, and compliance with FSSAI or similar regulatory standards (HACCP, GMP).
Evaluate the supply chain and inventory controls for perishable items (flour, sugar, fats, flavors, seasoning etc. ) and packaging materials, focusing on FIFO, shelf-life management, and storage conditions.
Audit the procurement process for key ingredients, ensuring quality specifications, competitive pricing, and supplier performance reviews.
Assess production yield, recipe adherence (RM consumption vs. standard), line efficiencies, and wastage management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Review quality control at all stages—raw material testing, in-process checks, and finished product analysis—to protect brand quality and consumer safety.
Examine trade promotion schemes, primary/secondary sales reconciliation, and goods dispatch documentation to ensure revenue integrity.
Evaluate utility cost management (fuel, power, water) and capex projects for plant and machinery (ovens, mixers, packaging lines).
Document audit observations, propose actionable improvements, and prepare formal reports for plant and senior management.
Perform follow-up audits to monitor the implementation of corrective actions related to food safety, quality, and operational controls.
