• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Footwear Technology
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Leather Technology
• Diploma
• Bachelor/Honors

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Footwear Technology, Leather Technology or related fields preferred.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Age At least 30 years

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the footwear sector or a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of stitching processes, machinery and quality standards.
• Ability to lead a team and manage workflow efficiently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of export-oriented production environment will be an advantage.

Job Summary:

MAF Shoes Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Sport Shoes Department as Officer/ Executive (Stitching) for the Stitching Section. The candidate will oversee stitching operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain quality standards and contribute to the growth of our 100% export-oriented footwear manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage stitching operations for the Sport Shoes Department.
• Ensure production quality, efficiency and timely delivery of stitched components.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Production, Quality Control and Merchandising.
• Implement standard operating procedures and maintain production records.
• Assist in process improvement and workforce management.
