∎ Age at most 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organizational Development (OD): Analyze organizational structures, workflows, and processes to recommend improvements.
∎ Support change management strategies and cultural transformation initiatives.
∎ Design and implement OD interventions such as competency frameworks, succession planning, and talent mapping.
∎ Conduct organizational diagnostics, employee engagement surveys, and follow-up action planning.
∎ Training and Development: Identify training needs through performance analysis, TNA (Training Needs Assessment), and consultation with line managers.
∎ Design, develop, and deliver in-house training programs and coordinate with external vendors for specialized training.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis.
∎ Maintain updated training records, calendars, and reports.
∎ Collaboration & Support:Partner with HR Business Partners and department heads to align training initiatives with business goals.
∎ Support leadership development, onboarding, and soft skills training programs.
∎ Assist in the implementation of performance management systems and employee development plans.
