Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Promotion Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales promotion strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of the agricultural sector, particularly in artificial insemination, and the ability to communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track services, set goals, and implement growth strategies
- Plan, organize, and manage individual service activities.
- Liaise with clients, livestock firms, and staff.
- Build client relationships through market research and analysis.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated on company status and customer information.
- Check product stock regularly to ensure consistent sales flow.
- Expand service coverage to new areas to increase business volume.
- Conduct seminars with farmers and AI workers.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to stay current on industry trends.
