Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets within assigned region/area.
Manage distribution network, ensuring maximum product availability and market coverage.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Officers.
Monitor performance against KPIs and take corrective action where needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Conduct regular market visits, analyze competitors, and provide growth recommendations.
