Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate play a crucial role in the Accounts Department by overseeing the costing processes, preparing budgets, and ensuring accurate financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of cost accounting, and experience in budgeting within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cost accounting systems and procedures.
• Analyze and report on product costs, manufacturing variances, and cost trends.
• Prepare detailed cost analysis for various business activities, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
• Work closely with the production and procurement teams to ensure accurate costing of materials and labor.
• Coordinate the annual budgeting process, including preparation, review, and consolidation of departmental budgets.
• Monitor and report on budget variances, providing explanations and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Assist in the development of long-term financial plans and forecasts.
• Ensure alignment of budgets with organizational goals and strategies.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare regular financial reports, including budget vs. actual comparisons, cost analyses, and financial projections.
• Identify and analyze key financial metrics to provide insights into business performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve costing and budgeting processes and systems.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key financial insights and recommendations.
