Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Management Studies/Science

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the processes of payroll and benefit enrollment.
∎ Work with department managers to identify and define potential needs for Human Resources.
∎ Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
∎ Prescreen candidates and pass on qualified candidates to hiring manager.
∎ organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates and taking preparation of following steps.
∎ Introduction of new staff into their work environment.
∎ Updating company databases by inputting existing and new employees' HRIS details.
∎ Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
∎ Performs other administrative duties consistent with purpose of job as directed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Hard working and eager to learn new things and tendency for fast and steady growth
∎ Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
∎ Detail-oriented.
